Auckland Eye is committed to providing life-changing eye care to its customers so they may enjoy and live life to the fullest. They strive to constantly improve at what they do, offering superior treatments with international optometrists and surgeons while providing world-class care in a relaxed and friendly environment – because of this, they are Auckland’s premier eye surgery facility.

What we’ve accomplished:

Partisan Advertising was approached by Auckland Eye to put together customer personas that will serve as building blocks for all their marketing and advertising activities. Auckland Eye is rich in customer data, and this project jumpstarts a new era for their marketing and advertising – focusing on what their customers need to achieve after their eye care. Partisan was able to successfully deliver eight different customer personas according to Auckland Eye’s treatments. Each persona focuses on the customers’ stories and the challenges they have that Auckland Eye can help resolve.

Auckland Eye is a well-established eye care facility with existing branding. However, the use of their branding had become inconsistent through the years since there wasn’t a guideline on how to use their brand.

Partisan Advertising put together Auckland Eye’s new and improved brand guide – a document that outlines the essence of Auckland Eye. For this, we focused on the company’s strengths and values, incorporating them into the colour, font choices, and more. Your brand is your story, and when your story is clear, your message is clear to your audience.

Auckland Eye is in the medical industry, specialising in eye care – it goes without saying that they take pride in their specialists and expertise. Because of this, their marketing collaterals need to reflect their professionalism. By designing clean, presentable, and brand-focused marketing collaterals, we empowered Auckland Eye’s team and doctors to be proud of their brand.
