Since its beginning in 1992, TR Group had no real marketing strategy in place before 2014. However, the company grew to over 100 staff members in 2014 based on its impeccable reputation for delivering the highest service levels possible to its clients. Partisan Advertising has been working with TR Group for nine years, continually pushing its brand forward.

 

What we accomplished:

1.

Beginning in 2014, Partisan Advertising built a brand proposition that resonated and was wholeheartedly endorsed by TR Group. This brand proposition, in conjunction with values and leadership expectations, created a set of value statements that became the basis of how TR Group went to market. This was done across all mediums and covered all facets of the business.

The brand proposition developed was “Making heavy vehicle fleet management easy for you”. This is easily substantiated by the fact that TR Group’s services take away the headache of running a heavy vehicle fleet and make it easy for their customers.

Partisan Advertising took stock of existing internal marketing items and applied the new “easy” positioning across the board. Partisan Advertising developed internal and external signage that carried forth the value statement and brand positioning across the 12 nationwide TR Group branches. Of special note to TR Group was the launch of their first television advertising campaign, a series of testimonial commercials using TR Group’s customers to carry the messages. Together with the production of these commercials, Partisan Advertising strategised media purchasing and reported media analysis every month.

In 2017, TR Group acquired an Australian trucking company, Semi Skel Hire. Partisan Advertising was tasked with completely rebranding Semi Skel Hire to TR Group Australia, incorporating the mother brand’s identity and positioning.

This included overall branding, print advertising, marketing collateral, signage, press releases, media announcements, and their social media channels' launch and ongoing maintenance. Partisan also designed TR Group Australia’s expo stand and truck branding for their first Brisbane Truck Show appearance.

4.

Working in the new decade, Partisan Advertising designed all marketing items for TR Group’s sustainability efforts, called “TRead Lightly”. This included logo design, press and media announcements, electric vehicle signage design, electric vehicle charge points, social media management, television and magazine advertising, as well as press releases.

Partisan Advertising achieved the following results for TR Group:
A 150% increase in lease sales in 12 months.

We were introduced to Partisan when we had a last-minute requirement for a national print advertisement. What struck me immediately was even when there was deadline pressure, Greg took the time to get to know our business and helped us produce a quality advertisement in a really short space of time. The initial impression we were left with after working with Greg was that he had the desire and presence of mind to actually listen to our business’ story. He was able to capture the uniqueness of TR Group that would make people want to know us and ultimately do business with us.
